At Xylar, we are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify design, development, and support services. Due to the nature of our digital and custom work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there has been an issue with the services provided, please contact us promptly at info@wexylar.com. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any valid issues.
For ongoing support or retainer services, cancellations require a 30-day notice. Refunds for unused service hours may be considered at our discretion.
